At the end we had to get our SQL guys involved and they generated a report for use which didn't please management, but was good enough for them to make it use of. Had to build a report just the other day. Turned out I need to break this into 10 excel files due to this character limit on the converter to excel. Frustrating!

We are actually exploring our options on our side. Managements patients has run thin with these sort of things. And we can't sit here forever waiting for a response from them. I can only hope that with further up votes they'll get the hint. But like I said.. We aren't holding our breath.
