Hi, I was running on version 2.1.5.6002 and upgraded Patch manager to 2019.4.0.125 and the issue was fixed

That is the case. I can push incremental updates in my test machine and they are installed successfully. Bummer! Thanks a lot and I apologize for not being clear. LB

I tried the Adobe package and it did not work so I tried to customize it duplicating the package but unsuccessfully. This is a long issue that I had with acrobat and I kept postponing it, now I have more time and I would like to understand what I am doing wrong. Synchronization is once every day. I customize before…

I am able to push the Adobe update 10.1.9 to a client with Acrobat 10.0.0 and I works fine than when I tried to push the 10.1.10 the client does not see the update . I have considered an incremental patching system 10.1 > 10.1.1 > 10.1.2 > 10.1.3 > 10.1.4 > 10.1.5 > 10.1.6 > 10.1.7 > 10.1.8 > 10.1.9, if that is the case it…

What kind of prerequisite rules did you use? I am upgrading Acrobat Standard clean installation as a test from 10.0.0 to 10.1.9 and it works, but when I try to push the next patch 10.1.10 it is not working. I am using the synchronized Adobe Catalog, I said create a package but I meant using the Patch manager wizard with…

I am sorry, when I said create a package I meant using the Patch manager Package Wizard with the synchronized Adobe Acrobat 10 catalog, uploading the MSP file and publishing it. I had in my prerequisite rules the one you listed: When ANY of the following... Processor Architecture=x86 Processor Architecture=x64 I might…

I created my own package but I changed settings from the previous post, Java version 8.0.1010.13 instead 8.0.1020.14, It seems to work. I've never tried the "REMOVEOUTOFDATEJRES=1", does it really remove the java old version?

I wonder why this is happening, usually I get the update the day after the patch is out.

joeuser99, Thank you.

Hi everyone, sorry to bother you after all this time. I just upgrading my Adobe Acrobat XI Standard and pro to Acrobat 2017 and I do not have the catalog. I did some google search, is it possible this is the right catalog and I need to manually create in Patch manager?…

DO you think this is correct?

Hi Lawrence, first thank you for your reply. I am using Adobe MSP file with the Adobe Systems, Inc. Packages. I am able to run and install locally the 10.1.10 MSP file in a client with 10.1.9 if that what you meant, so the MSP file is working. When I go to Adobe Systems, Inc. Packages and create the Adobe 10.1.10 package…

I am having the same problem and I did not have time to fix it. Have you figure it out? Thank you

Is anyone having this problem?
