Bump of old post - we just saw this same behavior this morning with no known changes to LEM or the Exchange 2010 server/environment. The linked articles did not help us in troubleshooting. If we kill javaw.exe it restarts. Resolution seems to be to stop LEM service on Exchange 2010 server. Thanks! Any ideas?
