Its not possible in the web reporter. Some of the columns needed such as "acknowledgedby" etc are not available that is why we are trying to customize a report via SQL SQL.

I've tried running the Configuration Wizard and it works! Maybe the node was confused with the polling of NPM and PE after the transfer. Hope this would help you either.

hi..were you able to monitor other information on the access point through SCG? I also used the SmartCell Gateway​ poller but only lists down the Access Points. Appreciate your response.

Thank you. Issue is really in credentials. On my my lab, i was able to monitor windows 2008 r2 with the Local Admin account. At client side, we are using a user account with admin rights. When I used the local admin account, the WMI issue works fine.
