Thank you so much. It helps us a lot. Also, additional query on this please. We used email for the trigger action. We need to indicate the URL that would direct us to where the alert is. We used the Alert Details URL but there's no content when we simulate or execute it. It's blank.

Please check if the Windows FW is enabled. If yes, please try disabling and test again. Also, you might need to check if the ports for WMI is allowed. You may test this using telnet. Hope this helps.

We were able to install the LEM installer. The folders were created as well named "SolarWinds Log and Event Manager". However, if we try to import the VM from HyperV and locate on the directory for LEM folder, we cant find vm there. We also checked the content of created SolarWinds Log and Event Manager but no VM located.
