We have ONTAP 8.2 on Clustered mode. We have SRM Profiler 6.1.0 integrated with SRM Orion 6.1.1 is this supported on this SRM versions, because currently we cant seem to collect data on this. If not yet, should this be supported on the newly released latest version (SRM 6.2)? Thank you.

try to test the profile or credentials used for NCM. To do this, note one device that is failing. Go to manage node, find that node, edit then at the botttom part, try to test the NCM profile used if it's working. Hope this helps. :)

If it's concurrent, you can't. Upgrade the 1st 200 first, then unmanaged in NCM once done. Manage in NCM the 2nd 200 devices and upgrade. Once done, unmanaged again then do the same on 3rd batch
