I always try to be proactive in working with networks and the devices that are attached. The current software we have we are able to triage issues before they become major problems. I have my staff constantly monitoring the network, not only visually but via automated tools to alert us of any problems, or issues. In that…

Suffice it to say it is cluttered with cables, hardware, and books. Most cables right now, due to some re-cabling going on. but do not worry I only trip a few times a day over everything.

Keeping my prayers going, hopefully, hopefully. .

Congrats to all Winners.

It would be nice to see it under: That way you have the option during the the configuration of the map to export it out. * New Network Scan/ Edit Map Properties Wizard - Under Scheduling

Thanks. Voted yes for it. I would like to see this also, since some sites I have over 50 devices at the site. It can get very crowded.

Got a red X, still does not make sense, oh, well.

Getting the below. The item does not exist. It may have been deleted.
-
The ability to monitor the different services associated with the Cisco Communications Manager, Cisco Unity Connection Server for voice services, All services associated with call and voicemail operations on these servers.
-
I got a message that they are looking into it now.

Hopefully since the hint videos from yesterday were messed up, everyone who missed it would get credit for it. Since these hints for yesterday and today do not relate.
-
The go to Vote button for todays is not working at all. The link address it is linked to is Void(0).

Congrats all Winners.

Had the same issue, came up with deployment services includes three Tiers, but the question does not ask anything about Tiers.
-
Thanks to the Network Infrastructure for always staying reliable, no matter how many people blame the network for everything.
-
Same here. This is so messed up. First Question 7 problems and now the correct answer is wrong. Besides the answer that they say is correct does not even make sense in the question at all.
-
Same here. Answered the Poll and nothing gets marked as correct on the question. More then likely a glitch in the universe.

cobrien; so what will be update in NTM if anything at all. Is there any new Major releases coming out anytime soon, or is this just going to be patched and that is basically it? At this point from everything above I am going to recommend not renewing support on NTM unless I hear there is going to be major changes on NTM…

I debate the whole question and hints. Nothing is clear based on the question, and you are right about the Automatic Config Backups. Foul to this one.
-
SSH tool sounds great. You may want to think about being able to use an OTP Token for login. I know some areas in the government require that two factor authentication.
-
Just wondering if the winners have been announced for week two.

I looked under the replication area based off the question. Then looked at the replication area to come to the conclusion. You have to understand that sometimes replication goes both ways. smttysmth02gt you have to understand some questions that I see out here if I do not understand the technology used, I look up what I…

Can you export your condition and send it to me?

I am fearful of the redundant connections we have to everything not working like they are supposed too. Even though we test them throughout the year, I know there will be one time where all the crap will hit the fan so to speak., Besides that the other thing is the Generator not kicking on one day when there is a power…

done also.
-
No, number 1 is fine.

Th hint does not help with today's question, and if we are supposed to read the slides or watch the video that has links in the hint, we can not get to them.

Security has always been a money pit in the IT industry. Not only for the cost of the tools, but the employee cost also. It does not seem that any cost is being reduced over the past few years, in fact as more and more companies are becoming aware of security the cost keeps rising and rising. As long as you have…

I would buy higher speed circuits, more equipment without going through all the political bureaucratic stuff (So I can get the Vendor I want for my equipment, not have to explain why I need it). Additional SolarWinds Software, at least the ones we do not have already. More people, more training, better pay, a better…

We found that out, but being the caching service was taking 98% of the CPU, it was very hard to do that. When we tried to stop it, we had to wait over 2 hours. In order to get it stopped completely we had to stop all the job engines also. Which was a pain, so adding some way to stop it from the compliance report on the web…
