Did you ever resolve this issue? I am having the same problem. I can see via the controller-->management-->user sessions that NCM connects and logs in but the NCM module eventually comes back with "Connection Refused" Thanks!

Hi, Is there any update to this case? I have patch manager installed on 2008 R2 box and we are seeing the issue. I did try to install the hotfix but got the same message as above "None of the products that are addressed by this software update are installed on this computer. Click Cancel to exit setup.""
