Hi all, Need asome expert advice here..... when testing this template all processes report successful. However components fail. I have attempted all suggestions listed here with no succes. Hi Leoric, I have created a custom poller and alerts for my environment. Have a look here for more info: http://thwack.solarwinds.com/docs/DOC-115905 I currently only alert on UPS status, running on batteries and returned to inline power.
