Yes we are installing as administrator. Also it is a stand alone server, no other network management programs are installed

I also have the same inquiry. Our customer is asking for the database size evolution. client wants to know an estimate time frame before they hit 4GB limit of Express SQL,with only NPM installed (as of last visit 3094 interfaces monitored) that is under SLX license.

We already opened a ticket before, and it was put to unknown status. I already emailed the support to re-open the case however I haven't received any reply since yesterday. Is there any other way to re open the ticket?
