  • I ran into same issue after upgrading from 2024.2.1 to 2025.4.2. I had to rename the old mibs.cfg file and ran the installation using the command prompt as an admin as stated above and I was able to install successfully. I didn't have to stop any service.

  • Oh. This is nice. Please, what is to be used as from address and reply to address? Confirm if you also checked SMTP authentication? Confirm if there is a way I can also fetch the details on SolarWinds as we use it mainly to monitor.
