They aren't actual errors. Lets say i want an alert to be generated if a UnDP is 0 for more that 2 polls.. My rule, however, will generate an alert if one UnDP is 0 at poll1 and a different UnDP is 0 at poll2. i.e Time UnDP Rate 1 Server1 0 \ Server2 5 > At time 1, the conditions will be met but my rule will say that the…

All the pollers are assigned to one node so i would specifically use the CustomPollers.Description in the email alert. This still produces erroneous results as the alert would be triggered if two different pollers each had a rate of 0 after each other as the Trigger Condition would still be true for those 2 minutes.

Thanks, the issue was that NPM wouldn't uninstall using the Windows Add/Remove Programs. This meant when i ran the Solarwinds installer, it thought NPM was still installed (but that wasn't clear in the installer). I had to run the installer using the "-uninstall" switch. and then installed NPM/NTA etc.
