  • It would be nice to know what technology is powering this. I would have different feelings about SolarWinds backup depending upon whether or not it was powered by Asigra, or something along the lines of Amanda.

  • Look for UserEnable.EventInfo=*Account Enabled* I don't believe that there is a difference between an account that has been automatically disabled or administratively disabled, so the unlock event won't tell you how or why the account was disabled in the first place.   • Just mount the .iso to your VM and then login to the console or connect via ssh as the CMC user. Then select upgrade. I just did it today. Works fine.
