  • Just now I tried restarting NCMSyslogService and it is not restarting Give error 1053: The Service did not respond to the start or control request in timely fashion. I get this error on other NCM services as well, when they gets down, I had to restart the machine to start these services again.

  • No. Port 514 is not in use. I even tried repairing NCMSyslogService, but still issue is there.

  • No it is not binding to UDP Port 514. NCMSyslogservice.exe is not binded on any port, it is not showing after executing this command. No I am not getting any error while starting NCMSyslogService. Thanks, Khizar Khan
