Hi Rob, Sorry for the delay in responding to you. The trap menu is there, the problem is that the user I'm logged in as can't see them. If I log out and go in as another user with the same permissions that user can see the traps.

I should also point out that in my alert manager I don't have any alerts set up to alert me when an application goes down.

I found the problem, there was a check box within the monitor that was not selected, that check box allowed historical data to be saved for reports.
