#@$% apparently the browser refresh did it. This is after I had restarted the service and rebooted the machine. Thanks for the help.

So I found this file and edited it. However when I click on my dashboard that shows the section for Map: I see no difference. What could I be doing wrong? I'm using ipMonitor 9.01 and I have confirmed that the changes held. thank you.
