Hello g_a_s, When you deleted the user account did you loose all the ticket history from the user? I have always been concerned about deleting users because I don't want to loose the ticket history. I run reports on different ticket events and if I deleted a user that has a lot of history, it may mess up my reports.

I have this same problem. I contacted SW support to find out if a request type can be used with multiple tech groups. The short answer is no. The long answer is, in the current version of WHD you can only have one request type associated to one tech group. So lets say that you make a tech group called "network" and you…

What if you don't have clients associated to an asset? Can this be if the user in AD or LDAP has been removed and in WHD it shows the "(D)"?
