we have had dns issues with several of our systems, not just with SW, that turned out to related to the response time of the dns reply. We resolved it by putting in a dns within the same vlan as the application servers' needing dns resolution. Hope this helps.

Insert a variable in the report title in Save to Disk Action such as ${N=Generic;M=MediumDate} and the title will be prepended with this "2016_11_28_13_00_03_" which will make the title unique. There are other variables you may use. as desired.

Was there an update to the APC that could have changed the MIB structure? Have you contacted APC to see if they can shed some light on this?

Hi, shetoshadasa - I created a custom report in Report Writer that specifies Sunday through Thursday. It also filters on the hour of the day. I hope this helps.

What is the device? If the device you're polling doesn't have the standard MIBs you may have to create a custom poller.

That's already been done - The router interfaces are already defined to match the circuit speed. As I said, if the report is from Report Writer it reflects bandwidth accurately. It's only Web based reports where I have this issue.

Any difference between NetFlow v5 or v9?

it is not reading your license file, or the license file is bad. Note: it only reads the license file when it is booting up.

Good morning - CBQoS is a function of the NTA (Network Traffic Analysis) module, not NPM. On a Cisco device it is included as part of NetFlow. You do not need NTA to receive and interpret NetFlow data, but having NTA coordinated with NPM is sure convenient. Ken
