Just a followup, the Engineers at Solarwinds was able to help me with this. Ended being a number of issues. Version mis-match of a module and ultimately database corruption. If you are having this issue, put in a case number and they will get you taken care of.

We also have about ~20 xenapp 6 servers that need to be monitored. We be interested in the same thing for xendesktop. thanks!
