I have the same results as well for Exchange Online, OneDrive for Business, and SharePoint Online. All of these are showing "Critical" status with Statistic value of 0.

Thanks @"christopher.t.jones123". I added the line and the "unknown" status was gone. However, the component is showing "Critical" status, is that expected or we do not have control over the component status? Please advise, thanks a lot.
