Yeah I dealt with this as well. I ended up making a custom node details page with very little info on it.

The each RSP provider custom property isn’t a bad option, a little more work but I could see that working.

This works for most situations but we have some instances where a switch could have multiple Retail Providers on a switch. Example. Port 1 is Retail Provider 1 and Port 2 is Retail Provider 2. I can’t specify multiple strings in a node custom property. Any thoughts how I can work around that? -Ken

I created a custom property on the interface level and populated the Retail Providers name in that field. I then created an Account Limitation to filter on that interface custom property. It appears to work better if I create my own menu but I still can view nodes and node details that I don't want our end users (Retail…

Any thoughts on if List Resources doesn't find the interface because the equipment is older and doesn't use the same OID's that are standard now? Cheers, Ken

Yeah. Solarwinds NPM is a great product but needs better tools for dealing with a constant changing network. Because we are a carrier ISP, we are adding switches all the time.

We also use Wing 5 with our Motorola 7181's. Have you been able to add your Motorola AP's as wireless AP's in NPM?
