Yeah I dealt with this as well. I ended up making a custom node details page with very little info on it.

This is working out nicely.

The each RSP provider custom property isn’t a bad option, a little more work but I could see that working.

This works for most situations but we have some instances where a switch could have multiple Retail Providers on a switch. Example. Port 1 is Retail Provider 1 and Port 2 is Retail Provider 2. I can’t specify multiple strings in a node custom property. Any thoughts how I can work around that? -Ken

I created a custom property on the interface level and populated the Retail Providers name in that field. I then created an Account Limitation to filter on that interface custom property. Yeah. Solarwinds NPM is a great product but needs better tools for dealing with a constant changing network. Because we are a carrier ISP, we are adding switches all the time.

I would like to know how to do this as well.

We also use Wing 5 with our Motorola 7181's. Have you been able to add your Motorola AP's as wireless AP's in NPM?

I opened a ticket on this and as of now this isn't supported.
