I have had a case opened on this very same issue (#185935) and to date have not been able to get this resolved. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

I'm working with them now on an issue with the charts and graphs disappearing from the web site, replaced by the dreaded red "X" image placeholder. The first thing support asked me to do was re-run the config wizard which I have not done solely to avoid returning all of my views and pages back to the canned defaults. I'd…

Is it possible to run this upgrade without losing all of my customizations, or am I the only one that has added company logos and such to the Orion screens? I've made changes to a few of the views (login screen, node details. etc.) that always seem to be reset back to default every time I install a service pack. Now that…

I've been watching and waiting patiently for some news about this issue, and to date have not heard a thing. Any word on when a fix might be available to allow support of the Juniper Netscreen devices? TIA, Ken

Now that we're well into Q1 of 2011, I think it borders on ridiculous that this issue has not been addressed yet. We've been using NPM for years and every time I opened a ticket on the issue invariably I'm told this feature is coming in the next release. IMHO this isn't a feature, but fairly basic functionality of a device…

Brandon, I just received a follow up email regarding the case I opened and the ETA to resolve this issue was given as 3rd or 4th quarter of 2010. While having some limited ability to monitor the up/down status of the sub-interfaces is nice, what most of us are really interested in (I believe) is the charting and graphing…

Hi, Note that there are two issues with memory utilization in the w3wp process. The one fixed in 9.5 SP4 was related to the Network Atlas Maps, but there is another known memory leak with having Reports on views and each refresh causing the memory to go up. If you have reports on any of your views then you may be…

Good to see some activity on this issue and hope it will end with a full implementation into NPM. Amen to that!!

I opened a support ticket with SolarWinds some time ago (nearly 90 days) and spoke with someone on 6/4 to follow up. They told me that the issue has been escalated to development, but then again, that's what the tech support staff told me two months ago. As a long time user, I have been waiting for this issue to be…

I have a similar issue, but only during the daily maint run. Our old 7.x system had it too.

We have the same problem with thin access points and I'm wondering if this known has been addressed yet or if there is a work around to removing these thin AP once they're pulled from service? -Ken

Here here!! I have asked this question as well and was told that there is something in the works, perhaps for Q2 of next year. We use netflow as well and have an additional box and applications for that purpose. It would be really nice to incorporate that functionality into Orion. regards, Ken

Is it possible to generate such reports automatically and send them via email? If the reports could be generated in this way, one could use blat or some other utility of this type to send them once processing is completed. I haven't messed around with the report writer yet...

PLEASE NOTE: We are working on these items based on this priority order, but this is NOT a commitment that all of these enhancements will make the next release. We are working on a number of other smaller features in parallel. If you have comments or questions on any of these items (e.g. how would it work?) or would like…
