spkcadet, My first question would be how could you notice your desk with a view like that? 

We are currently using Service Now and have been for many years. In the future would definitely like to integrate with Orion. Need to remove the excess noise and have valid alerts before making that leap. 

So will there be any hope of this showing up as one of the product forums? Thanks.

rschroeder, Tried this without success. I made the change, and repolled with no change. I then did a rediscover and repolled again without any change. I will do more research when I get a chance. Thanks.

Brian, Is there a roadmap as to what EMC arrays or other EMC hardware you are looking at supporting in the future?
