Definitely back this. A lot of our service requests lack screenshots embedded in the original request due to the inability to add RT custom fields. Noted that Change catalogue items have a RT description field upon submission. Something similar to this as a middle ground would be great

I would like to see this also - recommend custom states being added to all modules including release (which has a very minimal set of states available by default)
