Be sure to use the CUSTOMIZE option when upgrading from the older OS. The default setup will record your keystrokes and is very intrusive into privacy. Using the customize option will give you an idea how much tracking is going on behind the scenes.

How and what you capture depends heavily on your purpose for the capture.
