Megan, i'm new here, but I did have to apply for a distribution license. Especially since we are using an older version of Adobe Reader (XI). They will eventually get back to you within a day or two.

We just bought Patch Manager last week so it's a little disconcerting that updates aren't available several days after they were released. Currently waiting for Google Chrome Version 52.0.2743.82 m Java Version 8 Update 101/102

I need Adobe Acrobat 2017 version 17.011.30142 (classic Track). Is this available?
-
Thank you! On a related note, do you know why we aren’t getting future updates for Adobe Acrobat 17.x (which is the 2017 Classic Track)? According to Adobe’s website (www.adobe.com/.../index.html) there are at least two newer updates. Here’s the full list from that webpage. Notice that 17.011.3018 and 17.011.30140 came out…

Thank you for Chrome! For some reason, I’m not the new Chrome nor am seeing Flash 31.x.

Does anyone have patches for Adobe Acrobat 2017 in patch manager? Specifically Adobe ACrobat 2017 version 17.011.30099. I see Adobe Reader 2017 version 17.011.30099, but not Acrobat.
-
does anyone see the flash patches for Adobe Flash 31.0.0.108 (09/11)? The last patch I see is for 30.0.0.154.

Can we also get Java 8u182 and the latest versions of Java 10? Whenever you add a new version of Java can you make sure we go both the xx1 version (security updates) and the xx2 version (new features)?
-
Thank you for this info. I need something that patches Adobe Acrobat Pro 2017. Here is the About page from our version Is there a catalog for this product? I don’t see patches that say “adobe acrobat pro 2017”. Thanks! Jim

And in my case I need to patch Adobe Acrobat 2017. We are running version 17.011.30080, but as far as I know, there is no patch in Patch Manager for Adobe Acrobat 2017.
-
Thank you. Can you also include Java 8u172 as well (and include the xx2 versions each time they are released)?
-
Hi! When you post the new Java versions, can you make sure to include 1. Java 8u161 2. Java 8u162 3. Java 9.04 (I think that is how it is named) Thanks! Jim

This patch just arrived in my Patch Manager environment. It says it was created on 11/2. Why didn't it show up in my environment within a few hours? Why did it take 5 days to show up? Was there an issue on SolarWinds side (like with the Adobe Patch?) or is this an issue in my environment? Please let me know your thoughts…

I upgraded to 2.1.4 and so far I can't tell a difference. I am getting errors though on my web console page so I had to open a support case with SolarWinds.
-
We are also having the same issue. We just upgraded to 6.7. Every server with that agent is having it's memory utilization spike until it hits close to 100%. It is the javaw.exe process that is spiking. It appears to then crash and then restart again. For a moment, memory utilization goes back to normal until the next…

What is sad is that the customers are getting this done faster than the vendor. Maybe I misunderstood what services I was purchasing because I thought SolarWinds was supposed to provide us with the patch definitions within 24/48 hours.

Not trying to threaten, but these are the kind of delays that don't look good when we have our patch management meetings every Tuesday. Is it a big deal to push these out? I don't need the patch itself tested (we do our own testing). I just need the template for the update (whatever the thing is I synchronize from…

I've got this problem too. What's going on with the fix? I cant make changes to synchronization settings either as it asks for a Trusted Publisher (when there arent any to choose from).
-
Still not seeing anything...

I'm so confused by Adobe. So is the Adobe Acrobat 2017 track available? Is there a catalog or a set of patches for Adobe Acrobat 2017?

BTW, when i try to install the 64-bit VMware Tools upgrade via Windows Update on a Win2016 server i get the following error: Some update files aren't signed correctly. Error code: (0x800b0109) I know if you look up that error there are notes about certificate issues and group policies, but if i'm able to install any other…
