You could use the "Execute an external program" action in a volume alert to kick off some kind of script. As a quick example I could execute a Perl script that runs on the Orion server and makes a remote call to the target and executes the cleanup.

All you need to do is check the box next to the template and then select Assign To Node Then select the node(s) where your certs are installed and follow the prompts from there. As far as the alerts go I believe that will be covered by the OOTB Component alerts

Unfortunately I don't think you can enforce interface level custom properties when adding the node. I tested in the lab real quick and didn't see any way to do that... You may want to consider adding a feature request for that: Network Performance Monitor Feature Requests

I don't believe you can do that at the node level but you could change the HTTP check to only change status based on a certain number of polls (see screen shot below)

Beyond the repeated notices of access being denied, I can't see an obvious reason for this. It seems odd that it would still be working as expected given that it seems to think it is blocked from access to several critical items. It might be a good idea to open a ticket so the team can investigate the issue with you.
