Bump
-
I am really disappointed, that this is still not a feature. Especially because there is a simple workaround described in this thread. Just give us an option in the GUI to do what muckman described in his posts in this thread. Editing databases while they are in use just feels wrong. Dear Solarwinds Developers: we are…

There seems to be some inconsistencies on the demo lab. yumdarling Sometimes "Recycle bin" is critical and sometimes it's not. If it is not critical, when you check the hint, just assume it is.
-
petergwilson I have to agree here. I can find 3 of the 4 answers in the hint and the one I didn't tick made no sense to me and is not mentioned in the hint. I do not see where I went wrong. DanielleH can you please confirm or deny if there is a mistake in todays question?

I guess I can't read....I did not see that underlined word... Thanks everyone for clearing it up and sorry for the confusion!

Todays question seems to have radio buttons instead of checkboxes...can someone confirm?

New Year bump. We need this for the UCS Overview. I don't want to create multiple nodes to be able to get that info.

Hey there, did you ever find a fix? What was the result of the ticket? We experience the same thing and would have to open a ticket now as well.

The .net Framework cache does not really get "full", it just gets corrupted or something. It happens to me very irregular, which is why I created the scheduled task to run daily at a time when nobody needs the Orion webinterface. Better to be safe than sorry! I have two questions for you though: 1. Where do you get this…

Hey there, I just randomly found your post and thought I would help you out, even if I am a bit late. I had some trouble with the output as well but once you understand it it becomes obvious where the mistake was in your script. This is what I created from your script: $results = $item = $appPool = $status = $NULL $status…

And this was the culprit again after migrating to Server 2016 on the polling engines. I really can't thank you enough!!!

Hey there, thanks for this guide. I want to create a pie chart for up/down nodes with a specific caption, but I can't get it to work. Creating an up/down pie chart for all nodes is easy and I have successfully done it, but when I try to restrict the objects based on things like caption or anything else it always results in…

Hi there, seems like a great tool that should exist natively within Orion. I noticed one issue though, maybe you can help me real quick: there seems to be an issue either with timezones or with AM/PM and 24h time formats. When I send the following command, the planned unmanage time windows is two hours in the past:…

Hi there, this looks like the .net Framework Cache on the Server that is hosting the website is broken. Please try the following: 1. stop IIS 2. Stop all Solarwinds Services on that device 3. delete the following folders: - "C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v4.0.30319\Temporary ASP.NET Files\root" delete the folder (in…

I have the same issue, did you ever find a solution?
-
Hey man, just wanted to say thank you for the suggested solution. It fixed my polling engines! I was about to open a system down ticket with support, but I found your solution and it fixed all of my issues.

Hey there, just wanted to thank you for suggesting point 3 in your "Action plan". I had problems with rabbitMQ after installing Windows Updates and that did the trick. Thank you very much for your post!
