Lofstrand, This is really close, We do get a trigger action showing 5 devices over the 500ms, however, they are in different cities. We are wanting the alert to trigger if there are 5 devices in the same city over 500ms.

This would not trigger with a specific value in the Node City Line. What I want it to do is to compare the City (Value) with 3 nodes or more in that City to be down at the same time to trigger.
