I guess you missed the part that vm9 and phoneserver1.mylocaldomain.local are the same server, single IP, different DNS records.

Just checked my available downloads and it still only shows 6.2.1 as the latest available down. So no, it is not yet available.

Vulnerability scanning is a whole different ball game and really has nothing to do with monitoring and really does not belong in LEM.

I would also love to see this. To me, for a monitoring application like NPM you want it outside of the servers you are monitoring. Plus, like the OP stated, you are not tying up a OS and SQL license which is a significant cost.

While generally speaking the GEOIP database is correct, it is not guaranteed to be so.

I have not had time to run the update yet.

I did have a case open and got a round around and no real answer or solution Does 2020.2 still include the old flash console? I use Ndepth all the time.

The SEM virtual appliance is a NIX based OS, and a similar NPM virtual appliance I would assume would also have a NIX based OS. I do not know of any software virtual appliance that is a Windows based OS.

Wow, I am finally working on this again and was searching and wow found my own posted question. The last day I have been trying to use that in a nDepth query and it keeps timing out, even only looking at last 10 minutes. Any help or suggestions are appreciated. Using SEM 2019.4

Link or title of that feature request so I can vote on it?

I am not talking about a container or Azure. I am talking about a self contained virtual appliance. The same that SEM is available as.

Any update on this? For example, vSphere is showing an alarm on the LEM virtual appliance for CPU usage. I need to know what the CPU usage is.
