After re-reading my comment, I once again realize it sounds kinda negative. Sooooo, let me just say I LOVE the NEW CHARTS.

It would be nice if the managed nodes page had different "views". Quickly pulling up a dropdown and selecting would show you all the settings for a specific set of features or settings.

Love stuff like this. We use another product that attempts to do some of this automatically. But know the down and dirty of it always helps. Thanks for the info.

I don't represent solarwinds so this is by no means a definitive response. It seems like you are looking for a Network Access Control solution, not an ip address management solution. I don't know what solarwinds promised you, nor do I know where they are taking the product, but it seems like NAC features would be a far…

Oh well, I guess the tour was at least a refresher for me
-
We'd like to see this as well for both Cisco and Juniper

1 MSSQL 2 Soley IT and just one person at that 3 Solarwinds SAM! 4 SQL Maintenance Jobs

yes, definitely need SRX support as well
-
We would like this as well.

I think perhaps you missed the intent. We need a third option when setting up a node. That option is to poll the node with ICMP AND SNMP. Alerting in Orion has always been a separate process. So once we have the ability to poll the node using both methods at the same time, you can alert however you want. Hopefully you will…

Oh my. The holy grail of UI integration is here (http://thwack.solarwinds.com/ideas/1501)! Thank you very much sirs and madams! e

Really like the idea of moving the tools to a web based solution. Wondering how that is going to change the license model though. My only wish list items are Juniper support for more tools - like MAC Address Finder, Route Viewer - and a shared host list / snmp credentials database across tools that is easily imported…

I'd like to request this chart be updated since it's a year old now and the Solarwinds versions have all changed. Getting ready to do a new install at a new company and would love to deploy on the latest and greatest. Thanks!

smartd - it would be really nice if NCCM could pull all of Juniper commits from a device. Right now in it's Cisco centric way, we can download the same config whether we choose "Running" or "Startup" since those are only two configs Cisco supports. JUNOS is so much more powerful when it comes to NCCM it would be nice to…

Josh, any chance this can be incorporated into Orion? Not all our engineers have to toolset and we have centralized around Orion NPM to deliver this type of monitoring / alerting / etc. It would be a phenomenal addition to NPM.

I'd love to +1 it but I, like many others, have written off google+ and refuse to use it. I'll retweet it though. LOL
-
Mav, you probably can't say, but I'll ask anyhow. Has any more progress been made so we can have all the Orion Modules quickly linked to the Node via the subviews?
-
NetSec, my specialty! Glad to see it's made the monthly mission. Hoping to see more SW products in this area as well.

Just downloaded and installed. Looking good so far on the install. Still have the issue since 10.5 I believe where after upgrade and upon 1st time hitting the web site, csc32.exe *32 uses up all CPU for a solid 15 minutes, making the upgrade process that much longer. There's got to be a fix for this. Minor pet peeve -…

Oh how nice would this be. And to add to the request (if I may) how about folding Alert Central - Free Alert Management Software by SolarWinds right into the product? And wouldn't it be nice to right click on an element and be able to create / modify the alert right there. Back down to earth -> One place for alerts would…

RC installed - so far so good.

So we have airwave as well. I would still like to see this in Orion for two reasons. First is for that single pain of glass pie in the sky dream. Second is actually because we have Airwaves, I'd like to be able to compare the two. But your point is valid. Being able to turn it off is a must and I think you can do that now…

AGreed on Juniper RPM support. Moving all our edge routers to them and would like to have support when we need it.
-
Wow, I never imagined anyone would vote this down. For those that did, can you explain why?
-
Weird, I know I did the 1st entire week yet using your method it shows I did not

Please take a look at the copperhead ui and incorporate some of its layout into Orion. The clean look, the small but clear and concise monitoring widgets that allow clicking on them and opening up a more comprehensive set up monitors. Theunguided which does not refresh the entire page just to refresh the data (values,…

dl-it-networkadmin This is something I've requested from Solarwinds in the past, mostly through direct communication with the PM. Juniper supports managing the devices through Netconf. Netconf (NETCONF - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia) is an industry standard, however very few companies have embraced it. Just wanted to…
