Hi Patrick, You can do it with a custom report, as long as your techs are filling in their work time when they close tickets. Please see the below screenshots from my environment, one of the report results, and one of the settings I entered to produce the report. Is this what you're looking for?

We have it set up to text all 5 of us anytime a ticket with the status of "Urgent - Will Page All of IT" comes in, but we use the free Android Klaxon app so that the audible alarm only goes off for the person who is on call. A free or reduced cost admin-only license would solve that headache for us. Currently we pay for a tech license so that I can modify our maintenance department's configuration for them in their installation. I never take tickets, only manage their WHD installation.

We have been using WHD for asset management since 2011 in an organization with 455 employees and over 2,000 assets. The original import also coincided with applying new asset tags and numbers to all existing assets, so a junior employee went around with a barcode scanner and laptop and used the spreadsheet for bulk imports…
