I just ran into the same issue trying to add a new agent and when I install that agent it is in fact 6.2.2 and does not work with 6.2.1; even using the upgrade agent option to roll it back to 6.2.1 has been problematic as I can't get it to collect and report back to the primary server. 

Did you assign the poller to display on the Node Details page? Thank you for taking the time out to reply... Yes I do have it displaying on the Node Details page. It just sits there even if I remove paper from the printer in an attempt to trigger with no luck.

When setting up File Analysis with Isilon... Once I add my linux storage agent to the Unix Device list and turn File Analysis on in the settings option for the storage agent, do I have to mount said NFS exports to the linux box for FA to display them?

Thanks superfly, one thing I did is changed the email format over to html and it gives a better visual representation. If you write mem it will show as green on the change alert, so at least visually if I don't see that then I know it wasn't done. 

I know this is answered already, but is there a filter to enforce all nodes listed as down to display above unmanaged nodes?

Just out of curiosity, what can SRM do for your Nimble Array that infosight can't?

Well looks like I'm the noob... was able to correct the issue by extending the discover timeout in Advanced Settings of the port discovery. Once I change that I was able to successfully import the 2 stacks without issue.

Thanks to Rey from solarwinds, "Unfortunately you cannot point an agent to connect to another agent. You will have to have it connect directly to the main STM server. This will require you to open ports on the firewall to all it to connect."
