  • I agree. Quite frankly, I made the decision to go with WHD and am kind of let down in myself. I feel like I chose a dead end product that I have countless hours invested in. and based on what Im seeing, it not an asset for my personal resume.   • Credit card processing is done down a vpn tunnel. While I cant see the processor on the far end I can see the device (POS) wanting the credit, the device (firewall) sending the credit and I can see the internet. If those three things are present then in theory "my" network is doing its job. Im downloading the toolset demo.

  • I have the same issue. In fact, oddly I just called sw support and Jimmy spend 15 minutes trying to hunt it down with no joy. I am running 12.5.0 - Build #12.5.0.1257. this has been driving me nutty and I need it fixed. He opened a "case". Will let you know if something comes of it.

  • We run both here and if there is a way to do it Id love to know. I don't believe there is however, not directly anyway. You can create MSPA shortcuts and place them in your client or asset account. I don't see solarwinds jumping on this anytime soon.. they have created a separate division which sells against their other…

  • FAQ is supposed to be used for this I think? I find it very clunky and non-intuitive. Its not setup as a "knowledgebase".. Based on new features Im guessing Solarwinds is not putting much development behind this product.
