Yes, I spoke with Jeremy on the phone. He called as I was on the line with Michael who was taking care of my issues. Thanks. Last week was a very frustrating week.

Contacted support about licensing issues after upgrading to NPM 12. 2 cases were opened. 1st one being 1077207 - was told that even though the scalability licenses were showing eval that my 2nd and 3rd APE would not be affected even though my 1st APE was showing a different license. Well guess what, 2 of my APE are…

This has to be one of the best bullet points I've ever seen in a job posting:

Yeah, unfortunately that wasn't the case. This was an eval that was done prior to my being hired and not properly uninstalled. Once I was able to sync up with a support agent all of my issues were resolved promptly.

Would it be best to do these steps on the main and all additional pollers prior to running the database queries?

I'm in the same situation as odberg. I can't seem to find any recent/updated documentation for adding UCS to our Orion

Thanks, but the issue with the resolutions you've linked to, talk about migrating the current database. I want to rebuild everything from scratch. Was just looking for a way to simplify getting all of (or most) of my nodes imported.

Thanks, that's what I was afraid of. It'll (hopefully) be worth it in the end, having everything better organized and properly monitored. Anyone have experience with something like this and whether sales/support will allow an extension on the eval license while converting?
