We are having issues with tickets "missing" in the "My Tickets" tab. The count number in the tab is accurate, but the number of objects displayed in the window does not match the number of open tickets. If you d a search for the assigned tech's tickets all of the teickets do show. My initial thought was it was different…

Yes, I applied HF2 yesterday and it all appears to be working well for us now.

I rolled back just the "tomcat_server_template.xml" for now. I was able to leave the other patched files and re-gained access.

That is unfurtunate. SSO seems to be often overlooked with all of the WHD features and integrations.
