Hello, you would need to download the latest update from your customer portal and follow the upgrade instructions. https://customerportal.solarwinds.com/ https://documentation.solarwinds.com/en/success_center/whd/content/whd_installation_guide.htm As far as I know, there are no "Gotchas" or special tricks needed at this…

I have not done it yet since it does not support SAML login, but there does appear to be some steps needed to enable it. https://documentation.solarwinds.com/en/success_center/whd/content/release_notes/whd_2026-1_release_notes.htm#link3 Let me know what you think of it. I'm looking forward to it when it supports our…

No, ours is running on a Windows server, which may be the difference, but it would seem strange to me. I had some similar-sounding issues in the past with the Brave browser blocking scripts with the "Brave Shield". Do you maybe have an extension or something similar on your version of Firefox?
-
Maybe I'm missing some context here, but WHD loads just fine for me in Firefox.
-
This would be nice. The amount of inconsistencies from screen to screen for similar items always seems odd to me.
-
If we are reviving this vote, I might as well comment with my support too! @"Avadhut.Deshpande", please make this happen.
-
Do you mean the iCal export button? If so it appears to only export a static version of the calendar, and any future items added to it or changed to dont reflect in my Outlook. Is there something else I am missing?
-
That is excellent news and great to hear. Thank you for the update!

I'll roll the dice on the SPAM filter again... Unfortunatley when I entered the request, it removed a lot of my text. I would love the option to make a Task, that is triggered by an action rule, to create a child ticket that uses the <tags> justlike you can when creating an email template. So for instance, we have a "User…

I like this idea and the mockup looks great.

I use the Dark Reader plugin for my browser and that helps with 90% of content that doesn't have a native dark mode. It works okay in WHD until you try to look at the widgets on the dashboard.
-
I made a full response but it was flagged as SPAM?! I have appealed it am waiting for it to hopefully be reversed. I don't want to risk typing it all out again lol
-
The feature is already there if you don't use any SSO/SAML logins for your techs. :D
-
You genius you... Thanks. I updated it to m/d/yyyy, and it now works as I want.
-
Well, glad to see I'm not alone. We will get through this. I've updated support, I'll update here when I get a response or progress.
-
I'm considering migrating the DB back to the internal PostgreSQL. But that seems like its own small nightmare.
-
MSSQL. I ran the migrate.bat back during the initial 12.8.5 upgrade. I did the temp fix for HF2, and then did HF3. The errors just started yet again this morning.
-
Well, I updated to HF3 yesterday, created a whole new App in Azure, and authenticated. This afternoon, the Error 400 is back again, failing every minute until I reauthorize it again. I'm pretty sure my brain is starting to leak from my ears at this point.
-
The problem is that it can go 10+ days without any issues, and then suddenly, bam, failures until you re-auth. It will be hard to tell if it is actually "fixed".
-
We were also getting the 400 BAD_REQUEST. But it was the constant failure every minute until I re-authenticated. Support asked me to delete the app/token in Azure and start over one more time. I have not done so yet.
-
Unfortunately, my HF2 with the manual MSSQL fix just started the constant OAuth issues again. (failed every minute for the last hour) I've reopened my case with SW support. I have not applied the HF3 yet, as I also assumed it was just a fix for the MSSQL issue in HF2, and have been burned by rushing a WHD patch too many…
-
I'm out of ideas then. Maybe try rolling back and applying the update again? Otherwise, you may be at the mercy of SW support. Godspeed.
-
Probably the case, but I would be interested to see if the migrate.bat/sh was missed and could be the culprit.
-
Did you run the migrate.bat when you moved from 1.8.3 to 1.8.5? documentation.solarwinds.com/.../whd_12-8-5-hotfix-2_release_notes.htm
-
Were you able to re-authorize and get it to work at all before the HF2 update? If so, the update may have failed. What version were you on before the update to HF2?
-
Maybe create a new secret and authorize using that?
-
It's running Server 2025. I will look at your link to see if I can apply it to my scenario, though, thanks.
-
I ran the upgrade on our primary instance using an MSSQL DB. I did the extra steps for the DB, and everything seemed to be working well, but 14 minutes after the update, the OAuth failures started hitting every minute again. I re-authorized again, so we will see what happens. Our secondary instance is using the integrated…

Just got a reply from support: "We would like to inform you that the fix for the email issue has been released. To resolve the issue, please update your WHD version to the latest release which is 12.8.5HF2.…
