The question asks what percentage of the workforce doesn't have the skills, where the answer is what percentage of those surveyed feel that the new workforce doesn't have the skills. Good catch!

Seriously a tough decision, but the Blues Brothers are winners just by their own dedication. At the time, the movie held the record for the most cars smashed, until their sequel added one more car to the count. 103 cars were destroyed for that movie. That's dedication. Job? This is completely voluntary, Thwack doesn't owe you anything, if you're not happy with the way things are being handled then move on. The points, and resulting store swag, is completely free to you so if you don't have the patience to wait for your free points then maybe this isn't the place for you?

I know these missions are free to us, and you could easily just shrug us off and be like "take what you can get and be happy about it", but the attention you and the other staff provide to the users is phenomenal and it really goes to show how much you care about the community.
