Same, no points for me either.

Agreed, have works as a verb, designating an action. Has is singular, indicating possession.. Clicky

I'm glad I read the comments before attempting the daily questions! Made sure I powered up with lots of coffee before I opened today's question, got the green check mark!!
-
Glad I popped back in to look at something... I had them all correct prior to the reset, and had to go back and figure out the cypher again to put them back in as I'd disposed of my printed sheet once I was done. So, basically I got all green checkmarks twice in one day.

Yeah, carefully reading the question is key for today's answer, green check mark FTW!

Not relevant to me either, we don't use SAM at my workpalce.

You know, if we didn't pay SolarWinds for this service, I'd totally agree with you. What you're saying is that, if we go to a restaurant and they don't deliver our food in time, we have every right to go home and make our own food even though we paid for restaurant service. Quit acting like a martyr and understand that we…

Thank you for our patience? Seriously? Look, I get that there may have been additional security reviews to process prior to releasing anything, but where were the announcements letting us know this? Where was the explanations when we started posting in these forums over a week ago? This is sloppy support, I can't believe…

Okay... Jokes over... the people in charge can come out and start responding to forum posts and actually getting patches out for the program that we pay money for!!

So, I just logged into Patch Manager, and I see that Chrome 88 is now available. I want to say two things; 1. Thank you for finally making some updates available. Granted, it's two weeks past when Chrome 88 was released, but I've now got it without having to build my own release. 2. I still can't believe that there's been…

The fact that this post was made a week ago and there hasn't been a comment from anyone in the know to this post, nor have any new updates been posted (Chrome 88 came out a week ago, and that's not in there, so I know there's new content.), speaks volumes as to who cares. I'd hold my thoughts if someone could at least pop…

Agreed, my company has a very tight security window in which I need to put out third party updates. Chrome 88 has been out for a week now, and I'm not seeing it in my Patch Manager, if updates are going to be slow is there any way that we could at least be informed? Someone who's in charge could at least post here…
-
I now count the days of the week like so; First Monday of the week.. Second Monday of the week.. Third Monday of the week.. And so fourth until we reach the Fifth Monday of the week, which means that in two days, we get to do it all over again!
-
Well, thank you at least for updating Chrome and other programs. I'm a little surprised that nothing was posted in terms of an explanation as to why it took several of us complaining in a forum to get results, but whatevs...

Well, back to square one. Chrome is up to v88.0.4324.150, two versions past what is available in Patch Manager right now. Again, it's getting absurd.

Glad you got it working! Let that Java flow!

When viewing your Sun packages, sort the packages by Creation Date (I think that's the heading) to see the packages in that order, newest created package to oldest. You may have to scroll the window to the right a bit to find that heading, depending on how you view Patch Manager. I lost a few Adobe packages once because of…

I had to wait a few days for all of my Java to come back, not sure why. Have you tried rebuilding the catalog as described in the link in my post? Also, make sure that your views are set to see the latest packages, I've been burnt on that before as well. Good luck!
-
It isn't the file version of Java that was causing the issue, it was the installer rules that directed the update to look at the .DLL file (I believe) for an incorrect version number. The latest version of Java is 8u202, which will show as 8.0.2020.8, and that's all good. If your Java installer is still trying to install…

I've been waiting for my Patch Manager to grab the latest updates, but so far, nothing has downloaded. I've tried manually syncing my catalog, rebuilding the catalog (there's a How-To here...) but nothing. I'm wondering if it has to do with the recent Java rebuild, because after I posted that I was experiencing the same…

I am also experiencing this issue, and like broadlandd said, it's been happening since the earlier Java packages.

Awesomesauce! Thanks much!

Looking at the chart above, it appears that Java 8u241 was released on the 17th...

Chrome 78.0.3904.87 was available in Patch Manager when I had it check for updates!
-
Thanks again for the updates! Just an FYI, the download link for the FileZilla 3.41.1 update points to FileZilla 3.41.2. I was able to duplicate the update and edit it for the newer version, just wanted to bring it to your attention. Again, thank you for keeping us updated!
-
Lots of people eager to jump in here and complain about this update or that update not being in the catalog right away, but nobody cares to say "thank you" when the updates are actually added in? I realize this is a service that we pay for, but what ever happened to common courtesy, is the entire world that entitled that…

Sort your packages by arrival date, you may have to scroll the view over to find it, that's been the culprit for me a few times.
