I like where this thread has gone! sja I am shocked, the Firmware Vulnerabilities for everyone is not linked in your response! Those are some really great features and I would love to deliver them sooner (rather than later), but reality is we have a ton of requests and need to strike a balance. I will have UX reach out to…

sja UI Performance is easily a top 3 if not the top request for the Orion platform (and the products as well). More importantly we shape our plans based on what our users actually need. So I turn this question to you, what would be your top 10? (I bet I can guess a few! )

Are you looking for basic support or something further?
-
o.rodriguez the current release version 7.9 does not address the impending change and the move to JSON will most likely require some updates from our end. We will look into it and plan an appropriate update.

Nothing at this point in time. A work around is to have the external source take the current time and add a short buffer of time for the Job to run. It is not as clean as what I believe you are asking for but will still accomplish your goals.

johnny ringo & sja This is all great feedback.
-
That is great, if you have questions on the feature or want to discuss anything regarding the release just ping me. I'd love to hear your thoughts on the features in the release once you start using them.

Thank you and wow you were fast!

Try rolling the .NET version to 3.5 and it should resolve your issue.

Linking over the FR to this thread.

What is your current setting for the minimum number of config lines? You can change the minimum lines here:
-
I did some searching and this issue was addressed in that 7.5 release. Can you provide the version information to me? How long ago did these issues start and how long had this been running successfully?
-
For binary configs we verify that the file exists in the appropriate folder and are unable to do any further validation. For text files we also verify that they meet the minimum config line limits set within NCM.

Can you send me your full template? You can PM or email it to me.

You need to check your access level with your CCO ID and ensure it is higher than level 2. Also, verify your address to make sure it is an exact match to your CCO Credentials and Cisco contracts. There is a THWACK post and comments with a ton of troubleshooting help. Of course if you have more issues, you can also just let…

Can you share what your criteria looks like? We can make corrections from that.

As per your other post we consume the servers from the Free Tool offering in NCM and it is installed when you install NCM. You can still request the configs via the CLI and use TFTP to transfer the files off of the Cisco CUCM. I do not see any shared templates for CUCM and we do not have any of out the box at this time.

kishore574 Are you seeing all three issues when you try to download the config?
-
What versions of NCM are you running?
-
The NCM reports were moved under the platforms reporting menu.
-
baldchicken1 You can use the "Overall Running vs. Startup Config Conflicts" for nodes that have a conflict. This link will show you a sample report on our online demo.
-
rajasekar Can provide more details?
-
The reports are collections of policies and rules and here are some steps to find that. All the items with the rulers icon (in red box) contain the content being evaluated. The Policies in the blue box are a group/roll up of the rules based. To drill into the rules you would need to navigate to the policy reports page and…

Do you have other products installed with NCM or just NCM alone?
-
Are you referring to have NCM delay when it checks the node after the upgrade has been completed?
-
To find this data in the config the Compliance or Baseline functions are the current way to do this. In your executive reports how do you want to display this information?
-
Are you able to access the switches from any locations or is it only when you use PuTTY from poller that you see the issue?
-
keith.damore I am going to look into this for you. Does this happen for you every time you use the search function?

In this case we are migrating the old 1:1 baselines into the new baseline management feature. It allows us to preserve your environment as is, but also give you access to all the new features. The duration depends on the number of configs (baselines) and the size of those said baselines. There is no way to skip nodes or…
