Be careful with the question today people. I suspect it will catch some of you out.
-
The issue I take is that there is absolutely no consistency. Some days the answers are blindingly obvious, others you have to do a proper search and others they are worded trickily (not sure that's a word). I accept that it is my fault at the end of the day, but some consistency would be nice.
-
If you knowingly submit an answer that you fully suspected to be worded wrong, surely that is your own fault and therefore there is no "question reset" request to be considered.

Done!!

Do you think we will ever see a weekly or monthly winner that isn't from america?
-
Hmmm, I got it wrong for selecting an option I definitely didn't select?
-
It has marked today's question as incorrect for me. Though I selected both of the answers that it suggested are correct in this message: [screenshot deleted by Admin] There may be an issue.
-
Nope, it was updated after I answered it correctly, but thank you, "smart-ass" is what I was going for.

Star Wars and Star Trek are exactly the same thing. (Runs and hides)

My gaming PC desperately needs a new GPU, so that's my priority item. I'm also looking for a decent router to replace my *&^£ BT provided one. And yeah BOGOF SAN's wouldn't go a miss!!

In other completely unrelated news, the Solarwinds Thwack team have been put in front of a firing squad at first light.
-
Is there an error with today's question? None of them seem correct so I guessed and.....predictably.....got it wrong.

Average Star Trek episode: "WaaaaaaaZoom, oh no aliens, important speech, pew pew, WaaaaaaaZoom" Average Star Wars film: "MmmmmmmmZip, oh no empire, menacing speech, zap zap, MmmmmmmmZip"
-
If that is the case, what were are reduced to is guessing at the answers instead of using logic, or in the case of the first 3 questions, ITIL best practices.

Done

I got told off on here by admins once for daring to suggest that america isn't a 1st world country, you know, despite all the evidence showing that it isn't ♂
-
I'm not sure today's answer is correct according to the release notes on this page:Documentation for WHD Would suggest the date is just slightly out.

We have an internal company that collects all of our old equipment around 4 times per year. That equipment is sorted and anything that is re-marketable is sold on, some goes to Africa and other things are recycled.
-
The question and answers are absolutely written correctly. People saying they aren't need to read the answers more carefully and maybe think.
-
I expect there will be a lot of offers on 1080 ti's, so that's probably most likely. Or a Titan V if it drops to £500

If there isn't new Thwack swag, Christmas is ruined

All reviewed and submitted!!

Fair enough. It just seemed a little disproportionate to me.
-
Unfortunately it seems to me that the answers to this weeks questions will vary depending on the processes in place at each individuals organisation. They will not be the same for everybody.

I believe you've got the answers for today's question back to front. You've asked for which do NOT apply, but it seems you have set the answers for which DO apply.
