It would be very usefull

The syslog from Barracuda calls it: “denied” So the blocked URL does not work. I did change it to look for denied, and got it to work; however, I don’t know if the ‘denied’ is a universal term they use for everything that is blocked, like blocked streaming media, or etc… The big thing now has to do with users. It does not…

Years later and it still works. Thanks for posting. I have been looking on and off for a friggin week to find a solution. Thanks!!!!

The filters in the monitor section There is a filter called "Blocked Web Traffic" The count is "0" There should be blocked traffic, but LEM is not interpreting the syslog data coming from the barracuda appliance correctly. I would expect there to be a Barracuda web filter template that parses the syslog event correctly…

I did not attach anything. I am just looking to be able to provide a report of internet use based on the syslog data from our Barracuda web filter device. Reporting on that data is the sole reason we are looking at LEM.

I was able to get that far, and am able to get the raw data, but it isn’t very useful. Could I get a top ten list of blocked domains?

I'm just seeing this. I have used LEM for over 2 years now. I would be happy to participate for points -John

I did the same thing. Just went through the EMEA and I got zero points. Aint nobody got time for this, I need to lube the wheels on my buggy. those sweet potatoes aren't going to harvest themselves.

I have the same issue. Can someone shed some light, please? Thanks,

I can empathize. I too have installed a demo of LEM and am trying to get web filtering information from it, like where did user-X go from 3:00pm to 4:00pm. There is a reporting application you can install on a separate workstation or server, but it says I am not licensed to use any of the reports...WTF?
