Running 9.5 sp2 w/ hotfix and seeing the same issue. Seems to work correctly with thin, controller based aps but not with thick 1121/31's. Just opened Case #107798

Received several SQL scripts/queries from support to run against my dB. So far so good. dB maintenance successfully ran and completed.

Same issue with recent installation of SP4 / Hotfix 2. Case #128789 opened this morning with no response yet. For the time being manually killing the process temporarily restores life to my box.

Same issue as what's being reported. DB maintenance hangs, which causes slow performance and lost/gap'd data. DB maintenance log shows last entry of "SolarWinds.Data.DatabaseMaintenance.MaintenanceEngine - Summarizing detailed data from NPM_WIRELESS". Case 104399 open since 6July'09... Nothing yet.
