You need to run this through a spellchecker, there's a lot of bad typos in here including a mistyped email address for the Customer Voice!

Heartbleed has client-side vulnerabilities beyond the more well known server-side issues. Since you have been shipping an affected version of the OpenSSL library in your products, has this been considered in your above statements that your products are not affected?

Are there any updates on the status of these changes (#1, #3 and #6 specifically)? I'd like to know if there's been any updates as well, especially for #6. John

Well I found part of the problem - NPM quit collecting data from the serial interfaces, and is just displaying what appears to be the last known values. So these are still displayed on the "Interfaces with High Percent Usage" section on the homepage. If I drill into the interface I get a "No Data for Selected Time Period"…

You define the values in your Cisco equipment using this syntax: RouterName# snmp-server location Where am I? RouterName# snmp-server contact Who do you call when I'm broken? Replace the italicized/underlined with the appropriate text for your environment. John

Found another problem with this. When viewing by clients, sorting by "Data Rate" lists 12 Mb and 18 Mb rates as slower than a 2 Mb rate. Looks like it's keying off the first character rather than the whole number?
