But it cannot be that a network problem causes this effect. If one of the Nodes with JMX does not respond for some reason, only it should be affected, not the rest of the Nodes that are working correctly.

You are my Hero! Fixed when upgrade from 2020 to 2023 version. The installator deleted this file.
