  • I'm having problems with detail information too... I have an Avaya 8600 that I see nothing on only the port number. I have an Avaya 425 that I only see port number, mac and vlan on. I'll try some other models of switches and see what i get.

  • I'm checking with Nortel to see if they use standard or custom MIBs. But as this is pretty old I was wondering if anyone has any more current information or success in doing this. I have a Passport 7440 with a DS3 card and an Ethernet card, would love to be able to get utilization stats as now I can only see status if the…

  • As far as I can see this will allow editing of the tooltips for nodes, interfaces, volumes, apm stuff but not a map object itself. What I'd like to do is to be able to add information into the map object tooltip such as the one shown below. Is there a place where this box and what displays inside it can be edited?

  • yes, I've tried show acknowledged and not. But the issue is I can't get them to show so i can aknowledge them to get them off the front page.
