  • I installed the Gold Master Image agent. It's just a simple ZIP file that when you run the BAT file, opens a DOS window and quickly places the folders & files and sets up the service. Tells you to reboot and away you go. It's possible that when it tells you to reboot that you don't, but instead shut down the gold image.…
