We do not have VoIP and we have not ventured into IP SLA. We have not had reason to delve so deeply into thresholds for Jitter, Delay, Packet Loss, etc. Interesting concepts and worthy of some further research.

How much additional resources does it take to collect workstation logs? Thinking about hard drive resources, ram, processing, looking at 3000 workstations. Just curious!?
