Yes there is. You can download an Excel Template file and fill it out. They also do CSV.

I'm not a programming expert by any means but wouldn't this be impossible since WHD is web based and the shortcuts would react to the browser you have open and not the webpage?

What is going on with this? I feel like its been forever since there has been a WHD update with new features or anything. Getting kind of frustrated and starting to look into other solutions for Help Desk. Starting to feel like Solarwinds is falling way behind it's competition... The mobile version of WHD is terrible…

Just upgraded a few days ago. Only change I noticed was the ugly toolbar at the top... Still not happy about the use of Java.

I don't think there is but I 110% agree. It's annoying, time consuming and pointless that it does not mark them all as resolved. Seems like a bug to me but it still has not been fixed in 2 major version updates.
