too bad solarwinds tool, NPM and the voice part, is limited its ability to affectively monitor SIP, we are currently reviewing other solutions for Unified Communication as a whole in our environment.

I have all that configured, pull some cdr info but not all, using same billing server I have it pulling cdr records from cisco CUBE as well, these are not showing up in solarwinds.
